1990 yılında Adana Organize Sanayi Bölgesinde 11,000 m² alan üzerine kurulmuş olan İlmer Döküm ve Yedek Parça Sanayi, mevcut 3000 tonluk yıllık döküm kapasitesi, talaşlı imalat tesisi ve dayanışmayı sermaye bilen kadrosuyla istikrarlı gelişimini sürdürmektedir.
Dökümhanemizde 2 adet 1 tonluk, 1 adet 300 kiloluk Endüksiyon Ocakları ile pik, sfero, çelik ve bronzdan makara burcu, kasnak, rotor ve rulman yatağı, forya, kaplin gibi muhtelif parçaların kuma dökümünün yanı sıra 10 adet Yatay Savurma Döküm Makinesi ile 550 mm boy ve Ĝ270 mm dış çapa kadar silindir gömlekleri, segmanlık ve flanşlık malzemeler gibi silindirik parçalar itinayla dökülebilmektedir.
Şirketimiz döküm sonrasında işlem gerektiren ürünlere de hitap etmektedir. Talaşlı imalat biriminde 40 seneyi aşkın tecrübesi ve zengin teçhizatıyla nihai ürün olarak makine aksamları imal ederek, yedek parça sektöründe ayrıca yer almaktadır. Bu "tasarımdan ambalaja" entegre sistemle ortaya çıkan verim, müşterilerimizin "kalite-fiyat-zaman" beklentilerini karşılamada mühim bir faktör olmaktadır.

In Our Factory we perform sand and centrifugal castings of;

ILMER Casting and Spare Parts Mfg. Co. Ltd. was established in 1990 on 11,000 m² land at the Adana Major Industrial Site, located at 27 km. east of the city. Currently having 3000 tons of annual casting capacity, it continues to ambitiously grow in the region.
In the plant there are three induction furnaces, carrying 2 x 1 ton and 1 x 300 kg. ratings as well as 10 horizontal centrifugal casting machines enabling us to cast gray and ductile iron, steel and bronze products by sand-casting and centrifugal casting. Most tubular parts like cylinder liners, piston ring and flange blanks up to Ĝ270 mm O.D. and 500 mm length are centrifugally cast to have better microstructure and mechanical characteristics. In the short run ILMER plans to focus more on cast-steel and ductile iron production.
Our company also offers major post-foundry operations. At the machining center 40 years of experience meets with various equipments to produce machinery items and spare parts for different industrial applications. This start-to-finish approach gives us the capability to view the results of casting, to minimize cost and to optimize quality-control.
